My name is Debra and I provide quality childcare in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I am a Category C [one provider] child development home [as of Nov. 2007]; which means that I am allowed to care for up to 8 children without an assistant.

	Opened in Summer 2001	Registered with Iowa DHS: Category C [one provider] Home # 42-57-105 [Renewal=May 2009]

	Hours-- 6 a.m. to midnight, Mon-Fri [weekends available as needed]	State Aid is accepted: Promise Jobs, Protective Custody, & Community Service Block Grant [CSBG].

	Accepts: 12 months through 10 years. [unable to transport to/from school]	Infant/Child CPR and First Aid; Mandatory Child Abuse Training; PLUS 16 additional training hours.

	Enrollment for full-time or part-time	Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) participant.

	Preschool Curriculum	Separate play & nap areas. Large, fenced back yard. Non smoking.
